weight loss (again)

So I may be writing a lot on this subject in the coming months, years who knows? All I know is something in me clicked. I don’t know what it was, maybe I just ran out of excuses for myself? When I was in school it was we do PE twice a week that’s enough, then 6th form in the same school it was harder as there was so much coursework (another excuse), then I left and had no job meaning I didn’t have the money to pay for the gym especially as the local gym wanted £60 first month £30 PM after (yet again an excuse) then I got a job but I was working 8-6 every day by the time I got home I was so tired I’d have my tea and go to bed (excuse) and all though I had these excuses and some of them are legit and difficult to work around (how can you work over 50 hours a week, still see family which was rare, have friends even rarer for me to hang out with them, sleep and exercise? I’m not wonder woman)

But now my hours have dropped meaning so have my wages BUT I still get money and I’ve found this new scheme around where I live. It’s called invigor8 and you can use the pool and gym (brand new gym has just opened) all for £15 PM and it’s unlimited usage so I go swimming nearly every day unless I’m in work late.

As from tomorrow I’m going to the gym AS WELL AS swimming. I don’t what clicked but I just want this weight gone, I’m sick of being the one who boys think of as a joke or a friend at most, I’m sick of people taking the absolute piss when it comes to weight and I would LOVE to see the looks on the faces of those I went to school with who took the piss, lads that blew me off in such a nasty manner etc. I think it’d be brilliant.

Now I don’t know if I’ve lost anything but I am a dress size down and I’m entering week 9 of swimming tomorrow. I stupidly didn’t weigh myself as I didn’t want to be driven by numbers in case I went overboard like in the past.

If you’re going through what I am and you’re debating about losing weight start swimming, power through the fact you don’t want to, the first few times I went I was such a slow swimmer I felt like I was literally swimming through treacle, it felt so monotonous and tiring but now I’m faster, I don’t need breaks anymore and I am much faster now I can actually got to the lane which is sectioned off for the super fast swimmers and do a few lengths there.

I now know my weight and I pray that I lose some and soon, I think if this doesn’t work with all the work I’m putting in and plan on putting in even more I think I will actually cry.

Panic! At the disco

So I heard that Spencer Smith is leaving Panic! At the disco. I've love this band for 7 years. Luckily ive seen them play twice both times when Ian and Dallon were there. The second time my mates and I got meet and greets, the band were amazing but the thing I remember the most was Spencer, so calm , so lovely (as were the rest of the band of course) but I stood next to him for a photo whilst my two other mates sorted themselves around the rest of the band. I had Spencer to my left Ian (who was so nervous bless him) to my right and I remember so much. The way he was chewing gum and smelt mildly minty, the fact that he was so thin I was worried I'd squish and hurt the poor guy, the way he put his arm around me and the words he said to me as we moved in closer (there was a fair gap I was too nervous to get too close but he relaxed me) I remember the way they all smiles when we presented them with a lern yerself Scouse book praying they'd learn Scouse and come to Liverpool (we were in machester) now Now I'm not going to lie but Brendon had been my crush since I was 15-16 but I have never admired one man the way I have Spencer Smith. He stuck with the band when Ryan and John left, he could've called it a day but he didn't, him and Brendon carried on for us, I admired him more for coming clean about his addiction and whilst I'm sad he's leaving I respect and admire him more for telling us personally not just telling a magazine or letting rumours do the work for him. Spencer James Smith you will always have our hearts and thank you for everything ❤️

weight loss

So I’m planning to start losing weight mid December early January I want to lose 3-4 dress sizes by April (comic con and I really want to dress as Tomb Raider I want to lose weight anyway but thought having a target would go better than just lose what I can when I can)

Worried I can’t lose weight because I know some people physically can’t I mean I walked best part of 10 miles a day 5 days a week and I barely lost a few pounds, I was also doing yoga in the afternoon daily and squats and lunges (up to 300 a day but had to stop as I caused damage to my knees from not wearing supportive shoes when I was doing all the walking)

I’m looking into the possibility of me achieving this weight goal in such a small amount of time and I’ve already hit one major snag which could be why I’m not losing weight as it is. You have to eat 3 healthy meals a day. I very rarely eat breakfast as the thought of food in the morning makes me queasy and lately I’ve not had time for lunch because of my work hours (it’s too late for lunch and too early for tea once I’m finished so I either snack or just eat tea in a day) how am I going to lose weight if I can’t even fit time in for 3 meals a day?

I plan on going swimming daily as I’ve heard this is a good workout for all areas (plus will help to strengthen my knees). My body shape is weird I need to lose it from belly, thighs and upper arms and tone my butt but everywhere else is the way I want it to be (Skinny lower arms, toned-ish lower legs, could do with a bit more work)

I have to be careful when it comes to dieting I’ve been feeling fat since I was about 13 and tried diets and they’ve gone wrong I’ve either not eaten anything for days then eaten something to stop myself passing out or I’ve dieted well then binged on crap weeks later. I think I’ll attempt either 3 regular meals a day or 5 really small meals I don’t know if this works well. The juice or all fruit/veg diet looks tempting but I’m trying to avoid it.

My appetite is weird (even my doctor said so) I go through stages where I am constantly hungry and barely anything fills me then a few weeks or months later I can barely manage a sandwich a day (at one point it was half a sandwich I was just too full to eat) it goes back and fourth I’ve had blood tests no one knows why my appetite varies so much. I go through stages where I crave fruity sweets (skittles, fruit pastels, starburst etc) no one can explain this to me either and before you ask no I’m not pregnant.

I have a lot to go through especially as I still have sinus problems and knee problems which limit my ability to exercise (I did ok going hard at physiotherapy gym though didn’t go dizzy much or faint) I’m probably not meant to swim with my sinus problems but sod it I’ll put wool or earbud things in to stop water going in.

Will write to say how I’m getting on but at the moment I’m not too sceptical so looking at other outfits for comic con. I’m not doing this for comic con though I’m doing it for me I just thought using comic con as a target would be a good idea.

Thanks if you’ve read this it’s not about whether anyone reads it though it’s just me getting my weight loss worries out in the open.

So 2015 losing 3-4 dress sizes in 4 months can I do it? Well I’ll have to let you know.

A catch up

So in the past few months I’ve got a job (been working there about 8 weeks now) I do enjoy it quite a lot but at times it’s been hard mainly just getting used to everything.

Health wise (as I’m sure previous readers are aware I was having seriously chronic sinus problem and the last I updated I had had an operation.) well the operation hasn’t worked. It stopped my symptoms for a bit so I thought I was all better but then they slowly came back and I’m nearly the same I was when I had my operation in Dec 2012 (I was told it could take a year to fully come into effect so was made to wait) now I’m at the point where I’m trying to hide it from work. They know I get sinus problems but like many people they don’t the full extent.

When I tell people I have chronic sinus problems they look at me as if to say and?! And I wouldn’t blame anyone reading this to think the same because personally I would’ve been the same if it was happening to someone else. Thing is it affects me in so many ways so that sitting or standing makes me almost black out or get tunnel vision. (I had this at work once and leant against a wall when outsiders where in and I got pulled into the office because I just looked like I couldn’t be bothered and unprofessional but I didn’t want to tell them the extent of my sinus problems in case they decide I’m not fit for work and I lose my job) my work probably think I’m mostly quite lazy (a lot of the time I have to sit down because of sinus problems and now I have knee problems which I will go into in a moment) but when I’m having a good day I’m really hard working and do all I can barely sitting at all.

People probably get sick of me ranting about my sinuses but truth is I know others have it so much worse and I’m thankful it’s only my sinuses but I’ve had this control my life every day since I was 15 (I’m 21 now) I’ve had to cancel trips out last minute, cancel on friends because it’s making me feel too sick, can’t go in the car or bus for 5 minutes without medication or I come very close to being sick (at one point I went 2 minutes down the road from mine in a car and had to stop and go home because I was almost sick. I’ve had many nights where it’s made me so ill, my hearts been racing and I’ve had to have a sick bowl next to me (the weird thing is it feels like the moment when you’d get car sick and your mum, dad or whoever would stop the car just in time and you wouldn’t be sick, I‘ve only actually been sick physically once… I was in a hotel with my friends and nearly had to go home, I felt much better after.) It’s weird how something as minor as your sinuses can cause such massive problems. Oh and every time I get hay fever or a cold it sends me back to square one and with my sinuses I’m prone to infection. I’m getting them roughly once a month if not more. I’ve only just got rid of one the other week.

Now onto my knees. So I keep bashing my poor left knee off of things (accidentally) tables, doors, walls etc and I’ve actually put a lump and dent into my knee cap, then I was doing squats and lunges (I’ve lost some weight…yay!) and my knee hurt a bit like normal since finding the dent and lump but then it started to swell to double the size of my other knee and by then I was finished with my squats and lunges. My doctor referred my to physio which is coming up in August but my dad said take ibuprofen when it swells and after a week it worked but then it came back. I then messed up my other knee by kneeling on a large Thomas the tank engine toy so now I have another lump and for days I could barely put pressure on either leg (awkward when I was walking to and from work.. Almost 5 miles each way) but now I can’t have my knees bent too long or it gets worse.

I’m 21 and feel like an old person at times but hopefully I can get it all sorted ASAP.

On the plus now I have a job I’m working good hours (flexible though) but I’m getting enough money so as my parents birthdays are 1 week apart I’ve bought them tickets to see the lion king live in London and they’re staying for two nights and I’m giving them train tickets and spends the lot. They won’t have to pay for a thing.

Sorry for the long update and I know you might not care but just getting this written down, even if it’s not read makes me feel a lot better.

2013 year review

So this year for me has been absolutely wonderful. I’ve had the odd problem such as sinus problems still continuing but everything else has been so wonderful it cancels out the odd bad thing.

Let’s start from the start.

So in January & February I met up with some girls off of twitter and went to Lime Pictures (where Hollyoaks is filmed) to meet some of the actors and I had an amazing time and out of it I now have a new group of friends. Emma, Lucy, and Rebecca. I then met Amanda in March at Kieron Richardson’s party.

So in the first 3 months other than these girls I met:

Emmett Scanlan x2

Kieron Richardson x2

PJ Brennan

Jorgie Porter

James Atherton

Claire Cooper x2

Danny Mac

Jessica Forest

Nikki Sanderson

Ashley Taylor Dawson

Jazz Franks

Jimmy McKenna

Ela May

In February came Justin Bieber’s concert I’d been to the my world tour and that was my first ever concert and this time for believe me and Holly took our little sisters who got on like a house on fire. It was such a great feeling to watch as my little sister experienced her first ever concert in the exact same place and seats as I watched my first one. She was in awe and nearly cried at the perfection.

Then in the coming months there was 3 PA’s of Emmett’s that I went to and it was so fun. The planning, the panic of every journey (it never went exactly right for me like nearly getting stranded in London with no more than £3) We also met Toby Everett on these trips and he’s fab too and each one was better than the last.

Then came an amazing opportunity to be an extra in a film with Emmett as I had pledged some money to help with the film’s budget. 3 days of filming, one day for a good 14 hours in Kingdom nightclub filming club scenes, one day started a bit late so I missed filming but then the final day me and the girls watched more filming take place and had a laugh and we met some other girls whilst there: Lis, Gabi, Tina, Louise to name a few and we met Nadia who was helping the boys with the film.

I then went to truckfest in the summer to see Emmett and got to see loads of cool trucks and awesome stunt bikers. Those trucks were bloody loud!

I also cut and donated my hair to charity (the little princesses) and raised £60 (+10 gift aid) for the charity stand up 2 cancer which involved standing up for 24 hours. Hard but definitely worth it.

This year also saw me and my mates celebrating being friends for 10 years and we’re all still so close, best friends a girl could ask for.

November came my parents birthdays and my 21st. My friends through me a little party at one of the girls homes (including a stripper) before we hit the town. I then got to see Emmett just under 2 weeks later for the premier of the film. Also met Joe Tracini and Charlie Wernham that day.

Now it’s December, Christmas was amazing and Kieron and Gaydio had another party and Ela May was there as well as Kirsty Leigh-Porter. Year’s almost done and it’s just been a hell of a year. Much love to everyone and hope you had a happy holiday and wish you all the best for the new year.

Filming!

So I’ve had the opportunity to film with Emmett Scanlan (as an extra) 12/05/13 we were there from 9am-10pm and it was tiring but so much fun. I got picked for quite a few scenes so far (about 4 scenes) and it’s great watching your favourite actor in work mode and it’s even better when you get to work with them. It was all set in a club these scenes and it’s for his film personal appearance which should be out august 10th so I’m super excited though I know I’m gonna cringe watching myself. We should be filming this weekend too but somewhere different (possibly the set of my favourite soap!) so I now have a new dress and such and I can’t wait because it’s such fun! And bless him he still made sure he came over to us a few times in the day to chat to us and take photos :D

Little update

Not a lot to report really. Had another blood test and have hospital Monday, miss Bondi being on TV (and realised they didn’t do any hangouts this year), I met Emmett again on Thursday (Such an amazing night!) and I think I’ve dropped a jean size because my skinny jeans are now seriously loose and I’m having to wear braces (or suspenders?) to keep them from falling down. Other than that nothing much has been going on. I met Emmett at a PA this time in a club. (I travelled 7 hours there and 6 and a half back… and nearly got stranded in London) Was lovely seeing him fresh off his holiday and in a nice relaxed atmosphere where he wasn’t knackered from filming for hours. He’s actually so unbelievably lovely. Could go on about that night for hours :D

Concert!

So 2 days ago (24/2/13) I went to see Justin Bieber with my best friend Holly, her little sister Sophie and my little sister Bethany. Now me, Holly and Sophie all went to his last show in Liverpool but it was our Bethany’s first concert (last time he was my first concert too). We got to Liverpool around 1 and had lunch and headed to the stadium to see if we could catch any of Justin’s crew (or Justin himself of course) We waited quite a while (at the back slowly getting closer to the front) and we saw his tour buses go in (and out and in) but we didn’t actually see the crew.

Then we went around the front and had to wait in the cold and hail until 6.30. By this time it was 4.30 at the latest. We got to the front of one queue and sat down, hugging together to keep warm. We decided we needed a way to get warm and stay positive and to help the time pass. So I got my mobile out and played as many of his songs as I could play in the time waiting. We sat there, swaying and singing out loud. We didn’t care how we looked and soon enough the queues grew and people starting joining in and those that were standing were also dancing too so it was great to see.

When we finally got in and sorted out the merchandise we were all buying and toilet trips etc we got to our seats (pretty close to the front on one tier) and Bethany looked so amazed and the show hadn’t even started. Dead on 7.30 Cody Simpson came out and done his set (he shocked us because we didn’t like him and were set to walk out but he was really good) then Carly Rae Jepsen came out and did her set and then we waited 10 minutes for Justin to come out.

His entrance was phenomenal as was the whole show. It totally blew my mind (and my ear drums lol) We had technical difficulties that meant we couldn’t take any decent photos or videos (the lighting made everyone look like unrecognisable white blobs) but I do have photos from other people that were there and I might find a video or two from the concert to post onto Google+. It was a long and tiring day but it was just the best! I thought his my world tour was incredible but this totally blew it out of the water.

update on all sorts

So I met Emmett again (and half the hollyoaks cast whilst waiting for him to come out) it was a long wait and his last day so we stuck it out and I got to give him a proper hug and he hugged me back as if we’d known each other the whole time he was working here and I kissed him and he kissed me back (on my jaw though I think he was aiming for my cheek) He came out and we noticed he had his Brendan Brady trademark moustache shaved off as soon as he filmed his last scene. The whole day was lovely and the cast were so sweet stopping for photos and hugs and a chat.

We have a new kitten today called Guinness but we might rename him. He was all big and brave against the dog and other cats yet he hid behind mum and shivered when I introduced a paintbrush for him to play with. He’s currently walking up and down my blanket. He’s only 7-8 weeks old but is already 100% litter trained by the looks of it because he hasn’t had a single accident.

My best mate went to Cuba for two weeks and now she’s back we’ve had a massive catch up and she saw the photos of me with the hollyoaks cast and her and her mum said I look like I’ve lost weight so maybe, just maybe my new years resolution is working?

Been ill not last week but the 2 weeks before that. It was a chesty cough/infection but it was also flu like symptoms so one minute I was burning and achy then I spent like 4 days with 2 duvets on me and still too cold. Hate being ill but I’m all better now.

Seems like I’m having a busy year already. Got a concert at the end of the month, a party with some of the hollyoaks cast end of march and some of the girls wanna go Manchester around April - May time. This year’s gonna be a good ‘un and so far is proving it.

Meeting Emmett

Yesterday was amazing! Just for those who don’t know I went to see one of my favourite actors before he leaves. My mum wasn’t well but I went with some mates and we could not stop laughing the whole time! Mum bought Emmett (actor) a little birthday chocolate bottle from Thornton’s and we got happy birthday Emmett iced onto it and having lunch I dropped some of my money. So I picked up the chair and dropped it straight onto his present! Managed to buy him another (Everyone got him something) So fast forward to when we actually got there and one of the girls lives 10 minutes away and goes all the time so she knows what his car looks like and everything and she said “Emmett’s here” and she’d been mucking around so for a second no one realised she was actually telling the truth.
He came out and was like “does anyone want me?” What he didn’t realise was that everyone out there was actually mainly there to see him (about 20 of us) and he spent time with us all. I got a photo with him and I gave him a kiss! He also signed my mums canvas picture of him (sister got it made for her) and I mentioned she wasn’t well and he put To Carol Get well soon and signed it. When I went over to give him a hug and get a photo my foot sort of rolled to the side and I nearly fell over him xD luckily his arm was already around me so I just wobbled. He just smiled and was like “are you alright?” Turns out his last week is next week AND my mum wants me to take her so I’m going to get to see him again before he leaves.
Also saw two of the girls that work there and got photos with them as well. They were all so lovely!

oh and he tweeted this after he went: To the simply wonderful women who have waited all day at #Oaks to shower me wit such thoughtful b-day gifts,I am truly honoured

We only waited like 2 hours tops. I asked to draw on him (was gonna write DILF on him in black sharpie for a laugh) and he was gonna let me but he had a business meeting and he said I could draw it on paper for him. I just laughed and went if you're going to a meeting I probably shouldn't write on ya its fine :D We just laughed :)

Thursday, 17 January 2013

Ugh it’s so unbelievably cold right now! We’re meant to get a blizzard of snow during the night and Liverpool have had snow since 4pm (I live on the other side of the Mersey and we got nothing yet). The cold’s making me ache and to be honest I’m just tired, achy, my sinuses are still not sorted and I’m incredibly cold that 2 pairs of pyjamas and a blanket are keeping me warm!

The worst thing is I have coldest room in the house and we’ve run out of gas. We went to the shops and their machines aren’t working! Someone (brother) took the back of the plug of my electric heater and as much as I love snow it’s kinda ruining my weekend. I was so looking forward to seeing monsters inc. 3D with my best friend but it’s too cold and she’ll get ill before her holiday AND if we get as much snow as they’re saying then we’ll have no trains.

Apparently we’ve all been well prepared for this and yet there’s no gritters out yet that I am aware of. There certainly wasn’t any earlier!

Anyway the resolution isn’t going too bad. I’m eating less, exercising more but I haven’t joined the gym/pool thing yet because I haven’t had the money L Hopefully I’ll start visibly losing weight soon because honestly nothing feels better than people asking you if you’ve lost weight.

update

So I’m not sure but I don’t think the operation was a total success but I think I’m still technically recovering from it as it’s still draining (gross I know) Still get a swimmy head, Gloopy ears and such but my hearings improved a bit and I don’t feel like I’m going to collapse if I do more than walk.

Hope everyone had a fab festive holidays whether you celebrate Christmas or Hanukah or any other festive holidays. I managed to go out and see my friends the Wednesday and Thursday before. The Wednesday we went to red hot and had a lovely all you can eat buffet and Thursday some of us went to town in our onesies after playing games at the birthday girl’s house. (Went a little dizzy when we out but after a sit down and drink I felt alright)

Tomorrow is New years eve and I’m going to babysitting. I’m made up because I’ve been babysitting this family of kids for 7 years and I haven’t seen them too much this year and I miss them. I hope everyone has a fab new years eve and new years day and just remember don’t get too drunk! x

Operation

So I had my operation yesterday. It was a very L O N G day. I’d planned to be up at 5.45am but ended up waking up at 5.20. I got to the hospital by 6.45 and checked in. The receptionist gave me a funny look and was like you’ve come in your pyjamas? I was like well yeah the letter said nightgown and slippers etc. She was like well you should be wearing normal clothes. So I sat there in my pyjamas as the room filled with people in regular clothing. We weren’t allowed anyone with us so I was totally alone and my appointment was at 7am. I wasn’t called down to theatre until 11.30. By then I had already been up for 6 hours. I laid on the bed and they hooked me up to a heart monitor. One nurse was chatting to me and being lovely and I could just hear this rapid beeping. Two drs came to see me and one commented on my heart rate (that was the rapid beeping and believe me it was very rapid lol) one doctor said “well wouldn’t your heart be racing if you were about to have an operation?” the other doctor went “not like that no. Here’s something to calm you down” He put a cannular in my hand and I watched him inject this small amount of clear liquid (plus I was given oxygen). Then he put in ‘the milk’ which makes you sleep.

As he did this I was thinking I wonder when the drowsiness will kick in. Next thing I know I’m hearing voices. One mentioned I knocked my cannular out of my hand as I was coming around. I remember trying to open my eyes but I couldn’t. They wheeled me to my room and I started feeling very sick and I remember asking them to take the mask off because I felt like I was going to puke. They went ok we’ve given you something to take it away. I kept trying to move my arms and legs to jolt myself awake and I asked for water because my lips were so chapped and my tongue was stuck to the roof of my mouth because it was so dry. Then when I came around properly I realised I couldn’t see properly (one risk was eye damage) and I rubbed my eye… They’d put Vaseline on my eyes and not told me.

Once I rubbed it off and came around my mum was there and she was only allowed to see me for 3 minutes. I’d been in theatre for 2 hours (the nurse said 40 mins if I didn’t need too much work maybe less so I obviously needed a lot of work) mum went and I looked down to find a cannular hanging out of my arm where they’d left it and a patch on either hand (which is now two very colourful bruises) I also had a bandage under my nose (and over my lip) I was given some soup and I got it all over my bandage and I said to the nurse I can feel my nose bleeding a lot. Her reply was “it’s just soup” I was like no I mean under the bandage! She went “that’s just hot air” She soon realised how much I was bleeding when she had to change it 3 times because I kept bleeding through.

By the time I got home I had been in hospital for 12 hours and then I had to change my bandage 3 times and to be honest I did it better than the nurse because it took much longer to bleed through and it didn’t get in my way. I wasn’t given anything for pain or any drops for my nose. Instead I was given a recipe and a syringe to make the stuff myself to douche out my nose. I asked the nurse what would I do if I sneezed her reply was don’t sneeze… I’ve sneezed like 30 times and fuck all happened. The nurse also gave me bandages to take home but no tape (thankfully I had some micropore surgical tape from when my dad cut his leg when he fell off the ladder, unluckily for me it was in the car and dad was at work until 11pm so I just dealt with sticky tape) I also wasn’t told to sleep with my head propped up to avoid blood going into my throat but luckily mum told me and I said I’d sleep on the couch so as not to slide flat on my back. I didn't sleep until about 1.30 because there was good TV on haha

Right now I have a bit of a stuffed nose and sore throat and I can’t bend over in case it sets the bleeding off. Cant go out for two weeks but luckily its 2 weeks and a day until I see my friends (I think) so I should be fine to go out. I’ve really missed my friends and haven’t seen most of them since Easter or last Christmas where I’ve just not been well enough to go out.

I was told the operation wasn’t guaranteed to work but so far it seems much better I just have to wait and see.

One of those days

So today I was meant to go shopping with my parents (after my ECG) while my brothers and sister were at school. We get to town and get a call from the school nurse asking us to take my brother to the hospital (long story short he hurt his arm and the walk in centre said fracture they were wrong he’s broke his wrist) so we spent all day in the hospital with him and I went to find out when my operation was going to be and they said they’d ring me. When they rung they said “you’re not due til late January, early February but there’s been a cancellation so how’s next Wednesday for 7am?” I obviously had to say yes so now my operation is next Wednesday seriously early and I should be home by mid- late afternoon (best be back for hollyoaks lol) I may or may not be online because I don’t know how I’m going to feel so if I’m gone don’t worry (if you even notice lol!)

I’m a tiny bit worried but not much (that’ll come as I’m sitting waiting in hospital)

birthday week

So this week there's been 3 family birthdays.

First was my dad's on the 7th and I got him some new shoes that he chose beforehand (good job he did because his feet are size 7 yet these shoes ended up at 8.5)

Then it was mine on the 8th. My 12 year old sister got her mates dad to make me a t-shirt of Maxi which totally rocks. Got some awesome stuff off my parents too including loads of awesome new clothes :D

Today was my mum's birthday. I was excited for this more than my birthday because I had a great idea which today came into practice and worked. My family watch this thing on TV called Hollyoaks (if you're outside of UK I don't think you'll know it) and the guy she fancies in it has recently done a movie. So I bought the movie and got a photo cake of Emmett Scanlan (the one she really likes) and Danny Mac (2nd fave) and she loved that too (especially with where I put the candles haha) I got my sister to make her some "posters" and a t-shirt too she loved th presents :)

We didn't do anything for our birthdys except go out for breakfast. I'm now 20, mum's 40 and dad's 41. We didn't do anything but it was still fun

Just an update

Been feeling crap since yesterday. Light headed, nauseas and aching. This is all part of the sinus problems I have and I actually want this operation soon because while I’ll be nervous going in I know that it’ll end all this shitty feelings and I’ll be able to live my life normally. I’ll be able to go out without a second thought and without taking tablets with me. I won’t have to worry about randomly going deaf when people talk to me and I won’t constantly be thinking “What if I’m sick?” or “What if I pass out?”

My Doctor said it’s like being travel sick. You know when you were a kid and you’d be feeling like you’re about to throw up in your dad’s brand new car and then you’d panic and go dizzy? That’s what I get almost every day. Some (like yesterday and right now) worse than others. I gotta go back and see my doctor very soon but lately I’ve been so tired I haven’t been getting up early enough for an appointment because they’re usually gone within minutes.

Just sitting and waiting for this letter to come through telling me when I’m having this flaming operation now. I know I’m going to be nervous but I can handle that and it’s only natural. I’m ok at the moment but I usually get the worry when I get there. Will keep you up to date if any of you are actually interested. I’m glad I have people that read this because to be honest I thought I’d just be twittering on with no one paying any attention. It’s nice to have this blogger so I can say how I’m feeling at the time as well as doing some interesting stuff (Kind of) My life isn’t very interesting at the moment I know but I’ll try my best to make it entertaining or at least worth a read. Love you all night x

A lifeguard once said this and it stuck with me ever since:
“It’s impossible.” said pride. “It’s risky.” said experience. “It’s pointless.” said reason. “Give it a try.” whispered the heart.

I’m sorry but this is horrible! http://gawker.com/5955232/trolls-try-to-convince-beliebers-to-shave-their-heads-by-spreading-rumor-that-justin-bieber-has-cancer you don’t JOKE about things like cancer! Who cares if some girls shaved their heads for “Justin”? These people should get into trouble not the lifeguards that got fired for doing gangnam style. Justin does not have cancer it was just a bunch of idiots pretending he did and doing things like making videos and photos to that effect with “fans” who had already gone #BaldForBieber I don’t care whether this was Justin Bieber or the people I hate the most cancer is NOT something to joke about!

I myself am not shaving my hair but for months I have been growing my hair with the intentions of getting it cut short so that it can be donated to be made into a wig. This is nothing to do with me thinking that Justin had cancer I have been following Avalanna (as most of you know) and another little girl called Claudia. She sometimes wants to have hair back but they don’t make wigs the right fit for children and Claudia’s wig was itchy and horrible. In the end she preferred to be bald. So as soon as I feel my hair is long enough I’m donating it.

bloody hamster! #rant

I'm not enjoying my sister having a hamster. He got stuck in his tube and I got him out and he bit me to the point where my thumb was bleeding for like 10-15 mins. My parents got rid of my hamster (when I as like 7) for that (butmine NEVER bit like that) but they've kept Nibbler. My sister is driving me insane telling everyone off for making a noise because the precious hamster is trying to sleep. Then she tells my brothers they were so loud last night that the poor iccle baby is too tired this morning.... IT'S NOCTURNAL OF COURSE IT'S TIRED! She knows this and she spends all day out and all night with the hamster and keeps locking the dog out so the hamster can have a scurry around in it's ball. She's completely ignoring all other pets including her cat and she's already tried palming the hamter off on me the night she got him.

The poor other pets (3 cats, a dog and countless rabbits) are all being ignored and she's stoppd doing her only job of feeding the rabbits wich has been dumped on me and dad. She's such a pain! She's only had it just over 48 hours but as soon as she brought it in the house she was being too over protective of it going NOBODY TOUCH IT DON'T DO THIS DON'T DO THAT! (that was to me and my mum! We know how to take care of animals we've looked after every animal in the house) Sorry rant over but this bloody hamster is doing my head in and so isthe way my sister acts over it.

50 shades of grey review

Just a random blog about the book that people went mental for. 50 shades of grey. Ok so basically shy virgin stumbles across the path of man who doesn’t “make love he just fucks” and basically he’s falling in love with her and she’s falling for him it’s nothing special. I’ve stopped reading it because it got so boring. I had like 3 chapters left, no way could I make it through another 2 books!

Some of it made you a little hot under the collar but it’s honestly nothing special and I’ve read a lot stronger stuff. Mum thought I’d go bright red but honestly I didn’t. Everyone was all hyped up over this book and there’s nothing to get excited over.

Drift of this blog: 50 shades of grey is NOTHING special.
